Yes I do. Especially on xianxia, it can be very confusing for me. So, sometimes I have to re-watch, or find articles written by people to fully understand the storyline. And don't worry, I won't miss out the fun because usually once I know the spoiler e.g. FL turns out to be the goddess...then I would watch in excitement waiting for her to show up as goddess!

Yeah, but I think in xianxia or wuxia, they can use 'near-death' scene to push the leads to realize how they feel (which they also do!)...so, this stupid love rival is not even that impactful, haha! Anyway, I just feel that the statistics of women having no brain and turned evil and delusional out of love rivalry in c drama is so high...compared to men! They would put men to be super nice, gentleman, being the sad and supportive SML supporting the FL and even the ML in the end for the sake of FL's happiness. What made them think that only men can do that and women would end up being evil? Argh....
I know...I mean, I want a badass female antagonist...but can't they make her story better? Like a revenge for something? Or fighting for a power etc? Anything other than 'being rejected by a guy'!
