Yeah, it was deleted. It was a trailer of a new drama which was announced to be aired in weTV on Dec 3rd. And according to people here, when they watched the trailer, it was exactly like SVSSS...all the scenes are similar, even the hairstyle etc...
Then in the twitter comment section, some users said it was based on a novel which was a plagiarism of SVSSS.. I didn't manage to note the novel name though :(
