Ikr. And that decision doesn't make sense coming out from LQ who said 'Rules are rules" or "I will do anything to protect my family and people I love". This lady is no longer a clingy girl, throwing tantrum for not getting what she wants, or just a jealous girl trying to win your heart. She is a criminal! She killed, she embezzled money, she even did those in a professional way without anything tracked down to her. Knowing she doesn't feel any remorse for causing a child to die nor putting her 'close to a father' uncle in jail, how can LQ live in peace knowing such person live together with his wife, parents and sis? And especially knowing she is obsessed and not happy with his wife? This part is the aspect that drove me nuts the most, they destroy LQ's character just like that. LQ is no longer that sweet, patriotic general anymore in my eyes with this decision. This action just doesn't fit into his characterization from the very beginning. And how they keep inserting scenes where LQ would be scared to death or worried like crazy every time he saw JBN got hurt...hello, how do you convince us viewers to believe he really cares for JBN if he allows a dangerous criminal to live with her???

I fast forwarded most of the time 🙈 I am used to the whole c drama illogical aspects like 'being stabbed over and over but not died' or 'a princess wearing such an eye-catching dress and accessories stalking a guy but not caught' etc...but what annoyed me the most is the inconsistency in the characters...their profile and characters don't fit into the actions they take...making it hard for me to feel the characters as 'live'
Okay, I know early on I said I would watch this for Joseph Zeng...but now, I am not sure if Joseph Zeng alone is enough reason for me to waste my time watching such ridiculous drama...

But regardless the storyline is good or bad, Leo's acting never failed...
