Haha...interesting. I am quite different, I sometimes met interesting people and I started to create some imagination on their upbringing, their issues, their future etc...but this can only work on strangers or people I met randomly... Like I used to travel a lot for works before pandemic, and I used to sit and wait in the airport, restaurants etc alone...and I would observe people...their body language, their interaction...even sometimes some random people would talk to me (and this is normally elderly)...and to kill the boredom, I would start day dreaming about their lives...hahaha...omg, did I sound sick? But if I had enough sleep, I would just read my Kindle. I don't know why, if I read in the airport, or on the plane, I tend to always fall asleep...that's why I would stop reading when waiting in the airport if I started to feel sleepy and would start observing my surrounding.
But, well, I am actually glad with the pandemic, I feel like I manage to do more stuffs when working from home. I wasted a lot of time every time I had to travel. And now, I can watch dramas, I can read novels, I can learn Chinese, I can exercise...and all during weekdays! And hopefully I can add: I can write :) Btw, after I started writing today...suddenly my mind is so full of so many plots...so many backgrounds etc...I am overwhelmed...should I write down each of the things coming out to my mind or how do I put everything in place...haha
Haha, sometimes you know these people are not worth your time and emotion to argue with...but still, we follow our inner beast just because we don't want to give them the satisfaction of forcing their opinion on us...hahaha...

Haha...well, after finishing the show, I got so engaged in the latest conflicts etc, and it satisfied me to finally know "ah, okay, so he was the one leading people to his big brother's murder etc'....that I totally forgot the very first scene of MoXuanyu...or even forgot the existence of MoXuanyu as the start of WWX coming back...so, I never questioned that...haha

Having to listen to many people, see many different people...good and annoying ones...will enrich your characters' library! I can already imagine one day you will pick a few people you met in your real life and make them characters in your novel! And maybe one day, someone's story can even inspire you to write it as a main plot!
I don't meet a lot of people in my daily life, plus the whole pandemic...so I mostly work from home nowadays. And yes, I guess I like writing...so I tend to converse better in writing...in chats, in emails etc...than verbally... When meeting face to face, I tend to listen more...

Uggh, that type of people who are lost in monologue, I hated the most...I mean, I could be really annoyed that even if I know they expect me to node or to just agree with them, I would unconsciously think of reasons to challenge their belief or opinion...hahahaha... But then again, I know these kind of people already have the answer set in their mind, and they don't seem to be able to deal with disagreement...if you do, you are ignorant in their eyes...haha

Yeah, I kinda love it :) You will feel proud when you know anything people do in your field actually bring a lot of benefits to life...and people even use the result or innovation from your field without even realizing it :)
