Yes, his son had cancer - he had to go through treatments and surgery and he is doing so well now.

They cut the scene of him walking home talking to MR on the phone.

He had that talk with KS several episodes back about financially struggling while raising CR after his wife died - she was 15 at the time - that’s the part I told you about where KS asks “so you raised her by yourself Too” and the chairman was thinking on it and said “Practically, yes” - which to me implies he may have had help.

And I don’t understand why she hasn’t.

But as a parent, CR is no different from him! She ADOPTED a daughter, NOT of her blood, and raised her. So obviously her culture doesn’t mean much to her when it comes to entanglement. I think this is ALL about SD. She wasn’t THIS bad until she ran into him.

Soo Ji complains how there is always drama but she is the instigator of it all. She whispers in all their ears and instead of telling her to shut up and sit down, they allow her gossip to fester in their minds and heart. She is truly the evil one in that household. And they allowed her in.

I really wish DH would ask CR what her problem is and why she didn’t protect MR from JH and kept pushing the issue to marry him even after she found out that he had another woman! Yet here is a man who will love and cherish her and be faithful and she is acting like a crazy jerk.

Exactly and as a sister and daughter , i’d be bringing up all that crap to every single one of them since they seem to have forgotten - then I’d ask my mom why she was hell bent in selling me off to the highest bidder instead of being with someone whom I truly loved and who truly loved me.

Gonna have to suck it up until all these jerks miraculously accept MR and KS overnight like In Ok did on TRHC. We are seeing a similar pattern here.

Well this week is going to suck even more. These characters are all just scum.

She reminds me of In Ok. I can’t take these stupid older mothers.

Yep, another In Ok. There is no logical reason for her to be acting like a complete a$$ towards KS. Her fake calm persona has finally crumbled.

It’s time for KS to quit that job. I would not put up with that crap they are all dishing out and Mr needs to pack up and leave. And does JP really think he is going to endear himself to KS by opposing him being with his aunt?

Not sorry but the day my brother EVER pulled me by the wrist like that would be the day I knock him silly.

That’s what I am hoping for too. Maybe in the end he will ruin his dad anyway - not for revenge but for doing the right thing. It will come full circle.

Yes, I don’t believe we will have a break up at all - maybe a pause if Sun Ju returns so they can settle the “dead marriage” but I think these two will stick together through all their battles.

Not saying he gets a say, but just that he will make amends with KS and be rooting for them.

Yeah but she knows that is pre-learning KS is dating her. This is why I think JD is the key. She is being played as a crutch by both sides - one side is telling MR “you can’t possible know what it will be like to be a stepmom and raise a child not yours” and the other is “why would you even want to marry a single dad who has a teen?”

The response to CR should be “so do you regret adopting me, a child who wasn’t your own, and raising me?? How is that any different?”
