Agree! I usually prefer romance but in this story I haven’t really minded that there really isn’t one - he does seem to be slightly interested in Ling Shan but there really hasn’t been much development there as the story is about his journey to gain back what he has lost and kick a lot of butt along the way. 😂 it really is a great drama despite the obvious low budget filming. I’ve really enjoyed it.

Drunk and with SD….not a good combo there. But JD is there too like maybe they were coming to the side dish store or walking by there. I wonder why she is drunk - she usually doesn’t do that.
I was watching the preview again for next week and MR and KS are in the side dish store kitchen. Why is MR in there working with KS? When I first saw that scene I thought they were in the kitchen at her home because it went so fast. - and does the MIL seem drunk when she tells him he’s been spending a lot of time with JD’s art teacher? JH spouted off to his dad how he really sees KS -“a nobody”. His ego was smashed that “a nobody” beat him in the porridge project. The fact that he is put in charge of the production tells me he will try to sabotage it because he won’t heed daddy’s advice and let it go. Oh no, he’s going to be even more hell bent on bringing “a nobody” down. 🙄 and yes! I caught it right away when JH said “don’t meddle in my PLANS”.

Yes and the sternness we are chairman give us really his way of showing he cares. He may be rough around the edges but he’s proven he reflects on things and thinks things out and changes his way of thinking if he needs to. He is one of the better patriarchs I’ve seen in a Korean drama that I started out disliking only to grow more find if. His character has developed nicely.

😂😂👍🏻 but that means less time for him to see MR if he is at the office everyday instead of the house. I am wondering how the writers will work this out unless KS will decide to only work there part time and then part time with the chairman. I can’t see him abandoning his role as caregiver to chairman completely.
He HAS to learn to draw lines and keep boundaries. But, I don’t think MR would put up with it. She can be pretty feisty at times and I think finding her father will give her the boost she needs to start standing up again and voicing her opinion. We all know she can do it, we’ve seen her do it before.
