He’s not really hiding it - he’s trying to be respectful of her relationship - I guess he was hoping she’d find out in her own. If he had told her straight up, everyone would say he was meddling, but because he didn’t now people are upset cause he “hid” it? And who is to say if he told her she’d believe him - and if she did, she could probably resent him for revealing it? The whole situation is not a good one for him to be in because he likes her and he is also protective of her - he’s in a no win situation. I feel bad for him. And she’s not entirely put off by him - she clearly had some attraction to him too.

I’ve enjoyed the first episode a lot so far. I’m a bit confused in the different relationships but I am sure I’ll sort it out as it goes along.

I want to smack the SFL. I’m on episode 21 and she is seriously annoying me. Why Men sho is putting up with her is beyond me. He needs to kick her out and tell her not to return.

She doesn’t recognize him because he was Chubby (her nickname for him too) when they were kids. He looks completely different. He was bullied in school too so his personality is not the same either.

I’m on episode 8 and it’s very good. Things really start picking up at the beginning of episode 7 as far as their “relationship” goes but this has been really good from episode 1. The ML and FL have great chemistry. It’s good to see them together since they both were in PYHOMS.

Um that ending sucked. Even though it implied their story hadn’t ended - for him it had. I didn’t get why she thought she’d end up like her dad. Stupid.

Yes I agree. Although the storyline is the same so far, the different actors bring their own interpretations to the characters. I find this Korean remake just as cute as the original Chinese version. They are both great in their own ways. My only complaint is I wish the episodes were longer! So far I am loving it though.

They have definitely made the ML a lot softer in his personality. He also has more facial expressions too. I just wish the episodes were longer.

Ikr? I just noticed it’s not listed in the upcoming section of Dramacool and saw it’s now listed as ongoing but I do not see it on tencent. Wonder what’s up with this one. I’ve been really looking forward to it.

So I dropped this one after episode 1 but watched Lovely Us and adored it. A lot of people said Lovely Us had Reply 1988 vibes so I think I’ll try watching again. I highly recommend Lovely Us! It was fantastic, IMO.

Finished this today and I adored this drama! I laughed so much through it all - cried some but mostly laughed. Would love to see a 2nd season. I highly recommend this one. It deserves 10 stars IMO.

I just started watching this a couple of days ago - I’m on episode 3 - then the news comes out that they are really dating. I could see the chemistry from the very first episode. ❤️❤️❤️
