Exactly, I enjoyed the episode as well and I think most of us did, I just can't help but worry about the VP storyline. Their story in the novel needed their own special chapters, their story is really complicated and it goes through a lot of stages before they fall in love. There are many feelings that need to be explored and I wonder how they will adapt it into the series without making it seem rushed.

Everyone keeps getting fooled by my boi Pete. He might look cute and innocent but in my persective he is multi-layered. His looks can be deceiving and I do think he knows what's going on between Porsche and Kinn. Kinn even had Pete report to him what was going on between Porsche and Vegas in ep 7. Pete gave advice to Kinn in ep 5 about his relationship with Porche, and you want me to believe that he is clueless? Nah, he is acting it. He seems really perceptive of his surroundings. As I have said before, Pete knows his place and he chooses his words carefully. I think he is aware of his cute and deceiving looks and he uses them to his advantage to make people drop their guard around him so he can study them and their behaviour. In episode 7 his face was unfazed during the torture and he did not even blink. He studied Vegas' behaviour from head to toe.

I am really interested to see more of his dark side.

I personally did not see anyone bashing the actors, I suspect some VP stans were citicized that they dismiss the hard work of the actors if they just focus on VP and the lack of their scenes.

This is something that I have mentioned too, like KimChay had more sceeentime in 4 episodes compared to VP in 8 episodes. And their story is not even developed in the book. That does not mean I am not enjoyong KimChay, I am actually loving this couple and I can't wait to see more of them. I love the changes of the series from the novel so far it is just that while I am enjoying the other couples at the same time I am impatient for VegasPete.

Most of us VP stans complain jokingly about the lack of VP scenes, it's a way to cope, I might be on the other side of twitter cause I mostly saw fans complaining about VP and did not attack or offend anyone, especially the actors and the production who worked hard for this series to happen. They just express their worry about the execution of VP story. Let's not divide the fandom, most VP stans are fans of the series in general, which means they like the other couples as well, they might just have a favorite couple which is their right to and it is totaly okay. Everyone has a favorite thing in a specific series. The fans who said they will drop the series because there is no VP must be in the minority and they definitely don't represent most of us VP stans. As for people who did not like the new episode or think of it as a filler I am sure they are gonna miss the relaxing vibe of it once the angst starts and they will eventually go back to it.

All in all, there is no reason to fight among us , we are all here to enjoy the series but we happen to focus on different aspects of it which is normal since we are all different people with different taste.As long as we are respectful towards each other , the actors, the production and everyone who worked on the series, there should not be a problem.
