Girl I watched that he's saying those things just to trigger Wang Shuo, because even if he explained everything back then to CC he wouldn't have believed him so he's trying all the ways to let CC find about Wang Shuo's scheme on his own rather than explaining to him , also the day when CC saw them sleeping together they all were very drunk so Wang Shuo took this chance to create this misunderstanding becuz he was jealous/insecure of their friendship

When GCY found Wang Shuo he purposely uploaded the pic and asked CC if he saw their pic so that they all can meet and CC can confront Wang Shuo , he also triggers Wang Shuo there as well by sitting close to CC so that the truth can come out but they all went separate ways at first and GCY even went back to check
