Okay, I'm dropping this comment right after finishing the series. This is honestly my first with Daou and Offroad, I'm not even that familiar with them and so I was never really interested with this, but I still try it. Thankfully, I did. I love the concept of the story, about how San waited for a hundred years for his lover. Daou's acting is so amazing, I was totally hooked. It feels like I'm watching my grandfather's love story when he was still young. It was never awkward for him to act like an old man; I was even totally convinced that he's indeed an old man.
Maybe my only problem with this is Offroad's acting? I mean, as I said, this is my first time watching his series so I'm not sure about his current acting skills but for this series, maybe it just doesn't sit well for me? I will stop here cause I don't want to leave that bad of a comment. Anyway, it's only my opinion. As for the other issue, just why, why do you need to include Pond in this series? It's so distracting! Cause why is he too handsome😭😭 I just can't take my eyes off him every time he's in the scene. It makes me want to smile for sad scenes.
The story, the concept, all so beautiful and amazing. It honestly drained my braincells but after understanding it, I realized how incredibly written this is. The story, the acting, the acting skills of the actors are just top notch, especially Bible. I also have to mention the chemistry between the cp. It is very cinematography, especially the intimate scenes which does not makes it look prono at all.
Btw, this is my whole understanding of the series for those whose confused.
According to the theory of 4minutes, it is the the period time of how long our brain can handle without oxygen. In this 4minute, we might be able to see our experiences, our regrets, and our lingering feeling. In that 4minute, we might be able to imagine the "what if" version of our experiences, and that's when the "ability to see the future 4minute" which technically not the future, but what the actual things that happened to you came up.
In that 4minute, our brain is creating an alternate reality where in that version, we're able to choose different choices and thus, changing the trajectory of things that could happen with your one wrong decision.
Here's the timeline:
Ep. 1-5 (Great's 4minute Perception)
-He avoided all his wrong decisions -He took responsibility for the car accident and so the woman didn't die. -Great and Tyme meet in a more favorable way. -He and Tyme talk things out and so he was able to help him. Defying his parents and his brother Korn. -He saved Nan (The girl in gambling business acting as Tyme's informant) -He didn't help Title dispose Dome. -This 4minute perception end when Great and his mother was shot.
Ep.6-7 (The actual things that happened)
-Great run away from his responsibility in hitting the woman. -Great and Tyme never really had the chance to talk properly. -He still sends Nan's location to Tyme but he didn't prevent her from being shot. -Great and Tyme part ways in bad condition. -He did help Title to dispose Dome. -Ton kla took matters into his own hand and killed Title and shot Great (That's when Great entered the 4minute experience). -Tyme's grandma was killed. -Tyme was also shot ( He entered the 4minute experience).
Ep.8 (Tyme's 4minute and the reality after waking up)
-Tyme gave up pursuing his parent's killer. -His grandma is alive -Great and Tyme met again and come back together. -They did a lot of couple things. -But then he woke up
