i just completed it and i would like to say it's not.

Ngl the alternate ending i.e., ep 31 is weird. to me this ended with ep 30.
honestly they could have just shown that after a few years they again mutated and lived a happy life together if they were going to make an alternate ending. that would have been better.

he is just going to fall in every one of her persona because he loves her character but has a misunderstanding about her with her original look. Eventually it will all come to light.
i also though i might not like this given the plot. but the way it's being handled so far i like it.
