I like how things are naturally and slowly progressing in this series. I like good development. It makes me feel more connected to the story and characters.
This turned out to be way more interesting than I was expecting. It's different from other series and it actually has a plot and it's not that predictable. Some aspects are pretty realistic imo and I like all the characters. I'm looking forward to the next episodes!
Honestly, this has some things that I really appreciated that some other bls don't. Like the Tae being out as gay, a great female character (I would have loved to see more of her), no toxic tropes... it wasn't perfect, but it was a nice watch.
I'm enjoying it, but also a lot of laughing and wait what... I wonder if part of it is the translation being wonky?
I feel like nothing really happened in these two episodes. Even the match that Ake won, which could have been something interesting to watch, was just mentioned and we didn't get to see any of it. It was just scene after scene of them in their room doing nothing.
On the 2nd ep the main leads kissed, on the third ep had sex, the 4th ep had so hot interactions with classic…
I do condemn murder and I don’t think it’s okay, but I can appreciate how well written the character is, I don’t justify his actions. In Yongjie’s case, he doesn’t have any redeeming qualities. What would be interesting is if he doesn’t end up with Xingsi and he gets professional help instead. I might even change my mind about him. But I feel like they’re just going to brush over all the problems and love is going to “fix” him, which is a way less interesting and disappointing storyline. There’s really no comparison with WWX and WKX.
