well it's been retconned essentially, the author rewrote it and it became i think some adhd type chapter, or something of the sorts. they wouldn't adapt it either way.

well it's not officially being translated by webtoon anymore, but it's still ongoing. you can read it online via the scanlaters like hive scans! and technically there are physical volumes (and e-books too). geun dae is a completely original character, I had thought P.O would play Hyun Daniel, but I can imagine why they didn't do it lol. Hyun Daniel and Gu Sera are the additional team members later on in the webtoon. not a fan of them introducing a loveline in this because there was none in the webtoon, but whatever ig TT^TT

Get Schooled and Study Group are still ongoing, currently have more than 200 chapters each! :)

For the webtoons, Get Schooled (aka Teach You a Lesson) and Study Group are in a universe called the Blue String Universe where it centers/is based on the lives of teenagers and people in their 20’s, school fighting, etc. Han Rim was in Hanlim Gym (another webtoon in the same universe) and is in Get Schooled. The person who runs the gym is Gamin’s Uncle. I’m not entirely sure if they’re going to actually connect the drama’s together too (I think they have already tho but I may be wrong). And recently there was a crossover webtoon (is completed) called the Great War that had Get Schooled, Study Group and How to not Die all in one webtoon, it was quite a nice read!!

just binged this and it was GREAT!!! as someone who reads/is caught up with the webtoon, I think they nailed it as well as they could for an adaptation. i never doubted kim muyeol as na hwajin, he was the perfect fit and rlly encapsulated him as a character! jin ki joo was great as han rim! loved choi gang seok and na hwajin's bond, we don't get a lot of that in the webtoon so i'm glad they expanded it in the drama! i had also thought that geun dae was going to be a version of hyun daniel, but nope he's an original character - plus i can guess why they didn't bring him in as a character... anyways it is so satisfying to watch the bullies, teachers/adults, corrupt politicians, etc. get what's coming to them. the only thing i didn't particularly like was the addition of a love line between han rim and geun dae. the webtoon has no romance and doesn't need it (and even if there was, it's not something that would happen until like the very end if it even does, although it has been hinted here and there and yes i'm talking about han rim and hwajin) and the same goes for the drama imo. there wasn't a need for it. that being said, i very much enjoyed the drama and i do hope there's a chance for a s2!! loved the ending :)

also fellow webtoon readers, did anyone notice that they might have dropped a brief cameo of hanlim gym in episode 6? because hanrim chases one of the juvenile delinquents into a gym and someone there was like “oh you’re here/back hanrim?” and the overall setting looks a bit like hanlim gym… anyways i could be wrong but it would be cool if that was an Easter egg! means they might to connect this with study group (the drama adaptation) ^^

yes, they're both part of the blue string universe which is a shared multiverse of YLAB's highschool themed webtoons. not sure if they're going to connect the drama's the same way the webtoons are though

This was a very heartwarming show and I loved to see the trio and the villagers interacting, the meaningful bonds they shared. I sobbed watching the final episode TT^TT. Can't wait for s2!

rewatched this for the third time, chemistry between mike and mookda really is so good!! if they ever get paired up again I AM SEATED!

binged this in one day, it's honestly not that bad considering what ppl have been saying about it. it's dated ofc since it was supposed to be released years ago, and there are other things that were meh but genuinely it was ok.

Yep!

1. Happy ending! 9.5/10 for me.
2. Not really a love triangle, just a very annoying second lead/antagonist.
3. Since this drama was split into two parts, first part is more fluff/build-up development nothing too serious while the second part was much more serious plot-wise and was angsty, but there was a lot of fluff and romance in the latter parts of the episodes!
4. They get together in the second part, In the Name of Blossom, I think maybe episode 17 of part 2.
5. There's no break up.
6. There are misunderstandings in the second part, it built up and took like half of the second part to kinda clear things up.
7. Plot it fine.
8. Chemistry is excellent, one of the main reasons to watch!!
