I cant fully remember but they do not have the same mom and FL mom is rly dead, I think their mom's were friends and picked up on eachothers speech habits , voice acting together or something I cant remember exactly why but they started speaking very similar to eachother, theres also more of a spoiler about him being adopted but ill hold that one back for now haha

hmmmm not sure as I read it before the show dropped but I will say i absolutely LOVED the novel and the show is following pretty closely and doing a great job, I feel it will make some things like this scene clearer tho 🤣

😂😂 it makes more sense in the novel, haha he was in there for an exam on their health and they are supposed to test his sperm (apprently this is just a normal part of a health examination)and its been a while since he ya know took care of himself so it made him seem unhealthy 🤣🤣🤣 so he needs to do that more, its definitely made clearer in the novel whats going on and its hilarious
