I don't think it's plastic surgery...I think it's more cosmetic. It looks like he had nose fillers and other cosmetic works.

Her dad passed away and become preta because of all the bad deeds he did when he was alive. Then her mom died and become preta too. Now she have to help release the 12 types of pretas so her parents can be free from pretas world. Also, the bad people die one by one and become pretas. I think this drama could’ve been 10 episodes. I think it’s pretty draggy in the middle. I only watch this drama because I wanna know more about pretas, because my mom always talk about it when I was a kid. This is the reason why I always do good deeds and live my life honesty. And yes, happy ending indeed.

Season 1 is really good and male lead is so handsome too...you should give it a go. Ending isn’t quite sad but more open ...but it’s still worth it.
