Omg! The story is progressing really well! Much better now that our Hongye is back! These last 3 eps 21-23 were just funny and made me cry/shed a tear. I’m so happy for Wu Huan, this actor is cuteeeeee. But I’m STOKED to see the story continue in tomorrows eps. I want to know more about the demon calamity that Hongye was worried about. There’s so much we want to know and I just feel the next couple days are gonna really give it to us ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I’m really LOVING this drama. I am however worried about my Pianpian, that thing is slowly starting to take her over and it makes me so damn sad for her. I wonder what Bingzhu is gonna do, and how he’s gonna do things. I’m praying he won’t harm the demons for Xiaoyaos sake 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Literally *CLAPPING* out of excitement! I’m so glad to hear that! What do you think of the story so far? I’ve been hooked on this drama. Hong Ye’s character definitely is more mellow (than his other characters I’ve watched)

I’m not sure where you are yet with the eps but depending on where you are, there will be an arc that seems to take FOREVER lol so just be prepared. And if you’ve been watching it, any updates on whether it’s intriguing enough to continue?

That's how I feel! But if I really think about it, I think this is gonna shape how Xiao Yao thinks, how greedy the humans actually are(who also BLAME EVERYTHING on the demons) (Also Dali's character) and it goes to set the future of Hong Ye and Xiao Yao's story even more. Like something huge has to happen to them for the journey to go on. All we've had so far (caught up to ep 17) were just "smaller" issues. Lowkey reminds me of FoF with the whole mini mystery cases then the main problem of the story happens and sets the tone. But I do need more of my XiaoYe. I'm keeping my hopes up for the future eps!

I have to say I don't normally skip scenes, but for this arc, I HAD TO. Lol, it was just so unbearable to see all the ladies argue and fight. And Dali Dali Dali, just made me mad seeing how she just changed completely and was so mean to Xiao Yao who clearly just wanted to help her. So, if you need to, hit the 10 sec skip button a couple times lol. Im just excited to see tonights 3 eps!

I hear you! I was iffy about it but I was like they would've bullied her for sure in the beginning of the tests if she was there, cause you know, those girls are a bunch of BULLIES. I totally had chills when Xiao Yao went to go hug her and she couldn't, that just confirmed it for me. But I'm super excited for the eps tonight! We'll get to see Hong Ye and Xiao Yao again!

Dali Dali, made me so mad. I did have to fast forward and skip a bit at a time for eps 15-17 cause I had enough of the greed and not being able to see my XiaoYe together. Definitely made me cry my eyes out during the ghost scene though, it was just so sad but I am SO DAMN PROUD of Xiao Yao for sticking up for her. I was so confused when I saw “her” and she was stuck… I was like I don’t remember seeing her there with those greedy girls… then as the story progressed I was like OMG IT HAS TO BE HER. What do you know, it was! Then came the tears 😭 anyways, there wasn’t much moments between Hong Ye and Xiao Yao for these last 3 eps, but now we know they’re gonna come back and leave the place in tomorrows eps so I’m EXCITED as heck for that! Just a bit scared cause of the previews but I hope the story will pick up a bit with tomorrows new eps!

I literally was crying at that scene. The look in both of their eyes said so much 😭 and then I BALLED at what happened after when the story was told 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

i'm GLAD i'm not the only one who thinks this!!! I mean it could just be a possibility especially with the new kid who's gonna show up in tonights ep. But it would be so cool if this was how it was gonna be, and that would explain why she said the same exact things as Ning An (cause they're the same person). I don't know where you are in the series but the current arc in the latest eps is a little draggy, so I was lowkey getting bored but then I saw photos on DL here of them and I'm all stoked again! Lol, I can't wait to see how they're gonna do the next 23 eps!

As I was watching trailers for this again, it just popped in my head… what if our girl Xiao Yao goes back in time to find the Khunlun mirror and what we saw as them 1000 yrs ago was her present self going back to him, loving him and trying to find the mirror? If guys understand what I’m trying to say lol just a thought I had. We’ll have to wait and see how the story progresses!

She definitely was not happy. She wants to be the winner so she can stay there and attain beauty and youth for eternity.

I hope so. After last nights eps, I'm just done with the illusion mansion arc lol. I just want the focus on our main leads now. So I'm praying she gets her man out of there >.<

I hear you on the happiness leads to angst! Lol I always know we're bound to be hurt when the beginning starts out so innocent and happy. Early romanctic/happy scenes in the beginning? Get ready to cryyyyyyyyy. Literally throws us a curveball. Excited to see what tonights 3 eps give us! Though I have a bad feeling that Xiao Yao isn't getting Hong Ye back soon cause I didn't see him very much in the previews **cries**

Patiently waiting for this Realm arc to be finished. I need to know what happened years ago and what they were in their past lives. Disappointed in a character, but I pray they find their way back. I also need more of my XiaoYe pleaseeeeee! I'm praying the next eps don't disappoint me

I FELT THIS! It was so heartbreaking, I cried. The longing in their eyes and the way they look at each other wondering if they're okay. The way he reassures her with the limited time he had and the way she understood him. You can just tell she just wanted him back. She's such a good crier imo. First drama of hers that I'm watching. Hong Ye has always protected her and with the amount of times he's been there for her, I see how she fell for him. Although some scenes felt like it was cut or missing, I can see how their relationship came to be. I do wish there was more of them though like you said!

I definitely think it's worth watching if you like or are okay with the whole feud between humans and demons, I know it's always being done and can be tiring for other viewers. I personally don't think main leads are grey characters... at least not right now with 14 eps in. They have goodness to them and believe no one race is bad imo.

So far, I like this story. It definitely doesn't explore their love as much right now, and like others have said, you may feel like something is missing or question whether there were cut scenes (cause I did) but I really do enjoy this drama. Im currently up to date with the latest ep and I think it helps if you watch this drama not to compare it with LITC. There is still a lot we have to uncover like the hows and whys but it's 40 eps and we're only on ep 14. I'm hopeful that the story will continue nicely, but if my thoughts change, I will definitely update! Hopefully that helps a bit :) anything else, feel free to ask! <3
