i don't think he had any misconceptions of her. his only intention now is to solve his masters case to prove his innocence and he truly didn't want to cross the line of noble and comminer. he didn't have any feelings for her. but his feelings seem to be growing now that the tables have turned.

I think she is doing great - her appearance fits the role for me. For me - her appearance is innocent, sincere and genteel
