Next to the Japanese version this version is absolutely the best .Hana Yori Dango was indepth as well as F4 in the characters I like how Gorya is portrayed and Thyme. They are capturing the essence of the story well,for me 1st is F4 Thailand , Hana Yori Dango Japanese version ,then Chinese and then the Korean version
It is similar to the Korean Drama 2 Worlds ,but personally I like this one more. I totally agree with my fellow comment below that some parts of the story line' execution was a bit so so, especially how the second lead just disappeared for a bit in the last parts it was so abrupt BUTTTT. I loved it … its a drama I will recommend to all fellow drama-lovers, the chemistry was on just right , the angst was on just right and the actors all looked superb ANDDDD i personally like how Taiwan actors and actresses chemistry comes through man they deliver. I just finished Puff Guo drama before we get married its a yes from me

I didn’t think that liking the ML previous drama and checking out his other work and not commenting about his equally unlikeable character would get me labeled as a stereotype with dramalist bias

I came to this drama because of Fiction Guo , I got it was a comedy i am like okay let try it 3 ep I dropped it so m like okay let me give it a chance its Fiction here but...…
I did not like this drama it was confused , sometimes it went the comedy route , sometimes it went serious . It came across like the writer did not know what they wanted and failed to combine both funny and serious.
It takes what....... like the whole drama for the FL to like the ML back , her character in most parts was dense.
The plot starts to move on some parts and you are like yes dig deeper and then the "comedy "kills any development.?♀️?♀️
This is the 1st drama I would not recommend to drama lovers, Its a no for me.
Its Ireine Song YESSS, I love her work , it works. I was not particularly fond of this one.
The chemistry was a bit lacking for me ,but its not a bad drama its a different rich ML who wants to pursue his dreams and works hard for it, both with the FL lead I liked how it realistically showed ,how hard it is to pursue your dream and that family sometimes doesn't get it, but alas victory is yours in the end
I would like to see diversity in the styling , Ireine is petite and beautiful but them BANGS need to GO m just saying, I watched ever night , flavor is yours, and professional love. YEP them bangs them bangs y'all they need to GO
Personally i would like to see Yiren with long hair , short hair different looks because even with her outstanding performance in her different roles it looks like the same character crossed over but its like different dramas

The ML is hot the FL is sweet the supporting roles the brother and friend have sweet romantic plots. Its a feel good easy good watch . BUTTTTT kkkkk yes good people there is a but the hairstylist needs to be fired .
The FL hair is in a ponytail !!! what like almost the whole drama , really come on and here she is a cartoonist /manga writer or at least an aspiring one, she was in that rubber banded ponytail . Disliked the hair.
I’m reading by the book ,I hope they don’t mess this one like poisonous genius dr when they made the ml in to a wooose but in the he was legendary,in the novel...:::I hope this adaptation stays close to the original plot why because that is the reason we read an like the book
