I am here once again searching for my next drama, but I am having a hard time finding a good one where you don't have wait 70% to 90% of the drama for a last minute happy ending... I want to enjoy the romance more, and see more of the dating era (even better is little to no love triangle, and very short break up or no break up...) T_T

Confirmed. This Drama IS A LOVE TRIANGLE...

I agree... I don't like whenever the girl is too good or too naive and believes everyone is good. I can understand the main couple because they have their dynamics, but I don't understand what is with Japanese dramas that girls are defenseless, and cannot say no to anyone. This girl is trusting this adult man with her confidence which should only go to close friends (preferably girls), family and her boyfriend, but instead, she confides in her male supervisor who later on literally assaults her and she doesn't have a problem going out alone with him and following him with her eyes closed to a bar after he literally sends a photo of them to her boyfriend and even rejects a call from her boyfriend, oh, and if that wasn't enough, tells her that he is not going to lose "this game"... We need better female lead characters even in J-Dramas that insists in pushover women and unnecessary love triangles. Yes, unnecessary, because it is not like the couple needed help getting together, they liked each other from the beginning and were crystal clear about that ... but... better luck next time.

If only they had an actual plot or a good villain they didn't have to drag a dumb love triangle for the whole show...

Dear friend, it is not a matter of opinion. I was able to check all episodes and this is undeniably a love triangle. Just the intention alone of the writer pushing the feelings and attention of the 2ML for FL is more than enough to form the love triangle, but if that wasn't enough the guy flirts with her throughout the whole show, touches her and even forces a kiss in a work trip which is harassment. 2ML is constantly displaying that he is interested in her, and when he finds out that ML is her crush he doubles down, and ML tells him that he is dating her, he triples down and then tries to play cool saying that he was testing him, which is an obvious lie that we are supposed to believe to not make the guy what he actually is... a looser. The show is good, the chemistry is good, the main couple is spicy, but saying that this doesn't have a love triangle is false. If you want to minimize or defend the love triangle, you can say that "there is a love a triangle, but the girl never shows interest in 2ML", which makes more sense even though that can still be annoying.

My comment was based on my opinion after reading the comments, so I decided to start watching this myself, and not only the poster screams "love triangle", even the opening clip of the episodes screams "love triangle"... LOL

I am glad that I found "Family By Choice" in this list! I liked the original, but I loved this one! 10/10!

Episode 6 out 10, and she hasn't decided... that's another reason why I hate love triangles... It takes away from the main couple. I prefer a good plot, good character development and even a good villain instead of having the viewers waiting for ever for the main leads to finally get together... Besides, wasting screentime on the other two is that, a waste of time.

Exactly! That's how I felt as well! ML is this "strong" character with a positive attitude, but when it comes to FL, she could stab his mother and he would take it lying down, and then even apologize for it. This is yet another fantasy made for women to believe that there is a man out there willing to suffer everything for them just because. Additionally, while the point the writers try to make is that SML was only a crush, and she only found what love was when she fell for ML but i like to ask myself; what if SML liked her back? would she've even looked at ML? Maybe not. When I delve into Dramaland, I like to do it for that true love that sometimes only exists in Dramaland, when there is only that person for each other! This one was funny, and if you are a teenager girl or a woman trying to remember how hard it was to be a teenager, you might like it, but if like us, you are a person looking for good romance and true love, this might not be it.

The problem with love triangles for me is not if the feelings are reciprocated, but that writers insist on them by showing us too much screentime time and interactions of those characters instead of giving us more screentime of the actual main couple.

I'll watch this one next!
