If you mean a lawsuit about dating a minor, then no. It's a media play. They're "considering" it, but they haven't. It makes for a catchy headline.

Yes and no. Some points are more speculative than others, and I already told you so, so don't you gotcha me.

But there are plenty of facts that you do not recognize as facts, while I do. To you, Sae Ron's statement is not a fact. To me, it is. That alone won't make me believe KSH's "We never dated/Ok, we did, but..." performance.

We don't know how old their chat was before he said to switch to Telegram. Perhaps he was smart enough to only call her when they weren't meeting when she was a minor. Or he wasn't smart and it took him 3 years to hear about Telegram's features as it wasn't popular in Korea.
