Yes, it is probably because IQIYI has bought the rights from tencent
you can watch it on Viki and still cast to tv or Tencent(Wetv)

I just watched the trailer and this is not a romcom, so much blood shed and violence in the trailer, it looks more like a murder mystery.

I cannot wait for S2 it is taking so long to be released, here is hoping that it is soon 🙏

Great review, I agree with most aspects and especially the cackle queen, I loved that name for her and my biggest pet hate was all the speeches, every event involved some speech or another, ho hum 🥱 I started zoning out, although some speeches are necessary, like Aragon giving his famous speech before the gates of doom “ not this day” to inspire and give courage and hope, WG just delivered too many of those speeches and it became a little ordinary after a while.
I think for me its an 8 also good blance between pros and cons. 👍

Yes, I was watching episode 5 and Ling’er could have said we are married and yes my grandmother approved of our marriage or XiaoYao could have said, I have no parents my Aunt wants us to marry, or any variable from that 🤷🏻‍♀️
I was actually disappointed at the writing from this scenario, but I guess it all makes for fluffing up the episodes a bit longer and how they get out of this “ misunderstanding “ ???

Oh, do you not think the ML helped and helps in his own way, he was protecting her books and didn’t report her for trying to hide anything etc?
