I agree with you about loving and missing Palace dramas and not always looking for romance in a drama. It has been an excellent watch so far. I was a little disappointed in the way the romance was depicted in recent episodes however because it showed a true love , slow burn romance in beginning episodes. Just felt like they threw a bucket of cold 🥶 water over LJL though especially after his declaration of love on that bridge scene , I truly felt sorry for him 😳🤔🤗

😂😂😂 everyone is so mad at the last couple of episodes , including myself, the story was going so well, hopefully there is a twist to ease our dissatisfaction especially with RSB and how she is treating LJL , I really was expecting a stronger lovey dovey power couple not a one sided ice queen all of a sudden 🙏

Thats exactly where my thoughts came from, just too much of a turn around for Bai. Now Yan is a whole other matter, never liked or trusted his micro manipulative style.

I hope she does get jealous because I don’t think at this stage and by her actions towards LJL that RSB deserves such a loving partner. Im not really shipping them as a couple now as I did in the beginning episodes, they were fun to watch then.

I just have a feeling, maybe Im delusional, I just think RSB knew what her sister was up to and het counter measure was Bai on side. They did devote extra guards to look for him drowning abd it would be a great twist if it was all a set up to be found and rescued by Jiang. Thats just where my brain is going so far and with micro clues and looks.

And to top it all of with the cherry falling off the cupcake RSB does not even allow LJL to hold her hand 😳🤔 what seriously , and then he professes his love by quitting his career for her 🤦🏻‍♀️ Unless he is the Emperors brother or something and does not need a career, then I will forgive the writers.

I agree with you 😳🤔😅 too many silly intentional twists and turns. RSB is supposedly smarter than her recent behaviour , I knew it was all a set up with the kid in prison etc but did we need that to happen. I also believe she is in with Bai burning that tree .
