I'm only in episode 5 and I've already cried enough to full five buckets. I mentally exhausted. After watching this drama, I'll look for a sweet and fluffy movie to use and cleanse my mind.
After watching this drama, I can honestly it deserves more than the 7.5 it's been given here. It's really good. It has everything:Tragedy, comedy, romance. I recommend it to anyone that likes zombie movies. Or just dramas in general, lol
And Jisoo, Wow!! She has really come very far from her days of Snowdrop. Her acting has really improved. I saw a lot of comments talking about how bad her acting was in this drama so i came in with low expectations. But she really blew me off. And its saying a lot since she had to act a lot of emotional scenes.
What's with the human trafficking ring plot around ep 15 and 16. I was waiting for it to add something to the drama. The only thing it achieved was to kill Arong unnecessarily. Since she wanted to come to Lingshui, they could have just taken her directly to the mountain where her sister was instead of the whole human trafficking stuff.
I can't believe this story has only 7.9 on drama list. It's worth much more than that. The story is much better than some higher rated stories here.
I've seen many people here complaining about the female lead and how she isn't quick to commit. She's actually my favorite character. She's logical, level headed and goal oriented. Is she expected to drop and risk everything she has back at home simply because she has fallen in love. Good for the ML. He isn't the one that is going to move to another country if they get married . He isn't the one that will leave his family if they get married. He isn't the one that will get stigmatized for coming from another country. I've seen the way they treat foreign wives and it's not pretty. The FL tried her best to not be in a relationship with him because she felt it would not work out between them which she was right about ; and they had many issues between, not to mention the lack of trust because of clash of interest. So excuse the FL for not been 100% committed. At least , she tried the her best
I also liked the ML but his habit of overlooking some odd things about the female lead because he liked her was quite worrying. But still, he wasn't carried away by love . This is what I like about the two leads. Even they were in love, they still kept thier eyes wide open in regards to themselves. Lol. Some are angry that the ML is more in love with the female lead. There is no law in the universe that in a romantic relationship, all love must be equal. There are people fall in love with their partners within days while there are people it takes longer. It doesn't mean they don't love thier partner.
We have a FL that is level headed, likes to think things through and is not sappy or carried away by love but no, that must mean she doesn't like the ML much🙄🙄 The romance was pretty amazing and they had good chemistry
I'm glad I gave this drama a chance despite the low ratings. I've come to realize that were many dramas I did not like despite the high ratings. I wanted to see if I will like a drama inspite of the low ratings. I've decided not to let the ratings of a drama make decisions for me

It's really deserving of the 8.5 I gave it
