Actually Xiang Yang Wang sent 3 separate wagon troops to fool ZZ and gang. The first two, one with high martial art skills and another just regular soldiers. The one lead by SJZ had the Xi Xia envoy but without the agreement. That’s why SJZ tried to kill the envoy because they’d already sent the agreement letter off to Xi Xia by the regular soldier troop. They didn’t need the envoy to deliver it in person. SJZ wanted to kill him fo insulting Xiang Young Wang, his father.
