From the clip at the beginning of Ep 13 showed that coach Wang Fa could also be responsible for pushing the boy too far by his harsh response. So he’s looking for someone else to blame. But he’s ultimately Jason’s coach, the one who should be closest to him andfailed to notice his condition. So he’s got some of his own guilt and redemption to face as well
