Maybe part of my problem with this is that I also don't like the current wife but the actor playing the father has played the role of a moron back to back. I wonder at what episode he'll jump back to his own time. As for the other part of the story where he time jumps again, I'm fine without it. They managed to make the story interesting and it's going along fantastic. I just don't want him to jump back at ep 11 or 12. I'd rather him jump back at least at ep 9 maybe ep 10. That way we don't get some rushed reunion between the two of them in the modern world.
