If watched many cdramas determined what is good then i would also be a good judge of dramas 🤣. From the leads to the stupid plot. Let alone best historical, its among the most poorly executed. Fl had to cater to the old ugly ml and walk on eggshell through the drama, ml is immature and petty despite pushing 40 , chemistry was non existent . too many convenient accidents to solve problems which is peak lazy writing. I can go on and on . ,,

Prisoner of beauty is n 2 really ??? Bfr that ugly old man with a young pretty girl and the stupid plot who makes no sense are among the best for you. No wonder most high rated cdramas are trash

Prisoner of beauty have a 10 yr age gap also but they didn't shy away from kissing scenes the actress was also 20 when the drama was filmed

They actually did get along well but the director decided to only cut that one kiss. The bts of the kiss was longer and more passionate

I mean good. Both lead are same age with good script not like this crap with an 8 yr age gap and a boring story

Is the chemistry here with us?? Because they looked so off . only thing i agree with is the outfits . other than that it was because she is a popular actress , the drama itself was awful and dragging second half is especially unwatchable . legend of zhang hai was underwhelming and while i usually like the actress doing the fl , i didn't like her there.

The state of cdramas now is just sad. Both of cdramas above were not good but had popular actors and that's about it. Love ambition storyline had all the most boring and weird romance of all time. Just an old man romancing a young girl that's about it ..not only they didn't look good together and looked too far apart in age to be a couple but the chemistry was also not there ..it reminded me of the drama with yanmi and xu kai.

Loved episode 3 & 4. I am still team ji su simply because their chemistry is off the roof. Tae seop is really doing a great Job as the reliable, more stable option and after episode 4 she seems to lean more toward him. Felt so bad that ji su actually waited for her in vain :( loved the second couple as well , their scenes were fun . As for the intern x lawyer i have a bad presentment that he will be the toxic man who will have revenge just because he got rejected ughh
