what is accused Xion: embezzlement, non-payment of wages, bankruptcy of the company, moral harassment and other things. Some investigations are still under investigation. Xion is no longer the CEO of Oxin Films, he is only the director of the company. He no longer has the right to exercise a profession related to money. He can only exercise his role as director if he only directs (no actor coaching, no sub, no transversal activity related to what Oxin Films can offer).
