No, not at all! Impartiality is the watchword. Judges apply the law and only the law, but they are also human beings, so in every decision they make there is a part of this humanity. A judge is 98-99% impartial; the rest is their humanity. A judge who is not impartial is a judge who makes fun of the law and who only makes decisions based on their humanity (or because they were paid).
