But I thought Champ had been secretly dating Cherreen, not Bell. I do agree that Jay could be the killer because he was in love with Puifai.

(commenting this everywhere) i feel like I've watched every good BL that exists and now I'm actually stuck...…
I saw a few of my favorites on your PTW list so you've run across them before but you don't have this one: https://mydramalist.com/765825-25-ji-akasaka-de. The second season came out not too long ago and was hands down the best BL I watched in 2025. For me, the acting is phenomenal.

Is it comedy all through out? I'm seeing some clips and it seems like a hardcore romcom BL.
I'd say it's quite tongue-in-cheek comedy, with the sound effects and everything, but like Asmi Park said, Thee/Pond is the one making it funny. Pond is really fantastic in this role.

How strange! I mean, I get that a movie that's not set in Canada and which doesn't really have the "need" to be realistic about distances would make it seem like these cities are close to each other, but to do it in a film set in Japan makes no sense! I guess the viewers just ignore it?

I'd have to agree, so does it come down to the acting? Then again, like I said in another reply, I feel like I've seen this behaviour before in other series, so maybe not unexpected, but I wish they'd gone with Peach being more eager.
