Well, to be fair, this show doesn't portray a LOT of things realistically, so people have super dangerous sex and walk away unscathed (I'm surprised they showed how much Puen was suffering, tbh, but they needed Aob to be f-ing pissed) and they have people get beaten up, like punched in the face, but have zero bruising or wounds (while in other BLs they brush up against something and suddenly the first aid kit comes out!).
