I understand your feelings, I wish I was not watching it while it was airing, so that I could sit and just enjoy it without stopping... Mondays and Tuesdays when it was airing had became my favourite days, I was always waiting for the new episode with such a beating heart...

About the 'Japanese thing', I think now it's the perfect time for me to understand what you are saying... though I have started with Japanese ones, last year I almost did not watch anything Japanese and concentrated on Korean ones, but, now, somehow, I miss the feeling of Japanese dramas, and lately have gone back to them. I just started 'Zenkai Girl' hihi~ Japanese ones have something... something so cozy and comfortable in them... I cannot explain the feeling in words well enough... :)

I still think, it's one of the best dramas I have watched, the friendship always amazed me in this drama (and you well know I have a very soft spot for good friendship dramas), the romance is very beautiful too :) And the music is amazing!

Original is the best, as it keeps the spirits of the original characters from the manga~ The Korean one had so many additions to the script, I often forgot I was watching HYD... ^^ It's good in its own way, but HYD is brilliant...
