lol. I'm happy to say I've never rated something low just because I hated someone in the show. Show is usually the hard work of many people not just that one person. I don't know why she has to be in almost every scene that TS is in. She often has no purpose. Why can she enter TS mom's space with TS when his father can't. Just a small nitpick from me. Maybe these have explanations. I didn't read the source material but I'm guessing they will somehow be joined with her as kind of his soul animal but separate like LSP is the TS' master ?

I've seen up to episode 29. Loving DC more and more each episode and revelations. How can they wrap up the story in 40 episodes. Like a lot of commenters think, it must end with a cliffhanger like the screenwriter's other work Joy of Life. I appreciate the screenwriter because they told the story clearly. They had moments of humor, moments of seriousness and action. To me, it is beautifully balanced. So many characters with interesting backstories . I have some nitpick but they are very minor.
To me, the acting in DC is superb. Xiao Zhan's scenes in ep 28. Just whoa! His facial expressions are already good, and his neck veins work hard in some intense scenes too. I also like the other actors, particularly that young actor who plays Ma Hong Jun, Ao Zhi Yi.
Does anyone find that the voice actor for XZ's character doesn't match him quite well? Idk but from the website…
As many replied, Xiao Zhan dubbed his own voice in DC . I'm quite used to his voice from his interviews and singing. I personally hope that he always does his own dubbing. I like his natural deep voice and I think he puts just the right amount of emotions into the scenes. I truly hope they use his voice for The Oath of Love.
