Both shows are a masterpiece. None can discusse the cinematography, the acting, the directing and everything about it is superb. There is a before and after this shows in bl. Now, I know a lot of people dislike this season and the end. I am not one of them. Maybe because of my age (53) or because I understand were everything comes from, I understand the whys. That doesn't mean I think what Teh did was right. People said the kiss was the cheating part non understanding THAT was not the cheating part. Yes, they kissed but actors kiss with their on screen partners and it's not considered cheating, and when they do rehearsals also kissed. No, the cheating was not the kiss, was the feelings Teh caught for the guy. THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. And Yes, I think OH did well on brraking up with him. If their relationship will ever be anything but strangers that's the right thing to do. Time not only heals but gives perspective. People don't noticed that OH is still in love with Teh the whole time. Magazines. Smiles to him being a star. Yes, He is not loger that mad at him. Probably starting to forgive him. And I loved the end. Where OH tells Teh "Don't promise me things you don't know if u will achieve" (In another words but that's the meaning behind it). It's a human ending. Because it the end this characters are not perfect as any human is.
I don't usually give 10's to series. But this is one. No, I didn't hate the ending. Is realistic. No, I didn't hate any character, they are real. Do I wanna punch Teh in the face? I DO. But not for the reasons you may think. Nah, the exercise was just an exercise. The after is why I wanna punch him. Do I think Oh-aew did well dumping him? HELL YES. That's what saves them. They needed that year apart. To grow, to be themselves, to realize how much they love each other.
I liked the ended up together and this is why. It's not like they were apart a week or even a month. Yes, Teh was not the wisest. He hurt Oh. And that is why Oh broke up with him. But time passed and both grow and realized they wanted to be with each other. Like the friend said You can be more united than ever or toxic for each other. Time only can tell but if you let fear take over you, you will never be happy. Life is complicated enough to not navigate it with the one you love. I understand why people didn't want them to ended up together but I personally think this is a better ending. A healing one. People make mistakes, take their consequences and sometimes, only sometimes, had second chances. Teh was an imbecile, yes. But at the same time he was a boy afraid of losing the love of his life. So he does stupid stuff. He feels OH slipping through his fingers. Changing. Having new friends and a new life. A new mayor in the university he tried so hard to enter and failed to do it (it's his fault only) and he is changing to. So yeah mistakes were made and time heal it.
