Going back to the way things were set up in Episode #1, I would not have believed that #6 would have been so close to perfect for the story, the character development, and the way we got to see it. 😧
There was a lot going on in this one.

I like how the show started with Pluem seeing Kevin hanging laundry, deciding whether or not to get off of his bike to go in . . .and then deciding and running into the yard because he saw Kevin wearing shorts again. 🤣

These subtitles needed some work this time, but it all worked out just fine. 😁

I was surprised at how fast all of the storyline moved in #6, almost too fast. 😬
See-Nam never told anyone about Prim and See-Foon never told Kevin about seeing Jake. 😣

These will get sorted out in here somehow, but it seemed to leave me hanging a little bit.

It was neat to connect the dots and find out that the friend See-Nam wanted to see at the school gym was actually Pluem's sister. 🏀
. . .and that chili paste and strawberry go well together on a crepe. . . 🌶️🍓🥮

If this becomes a long-term relationship, why do I get the impression that Nhai is going to wake up every single morning with a bucket and a sponge on his nightstand? 🤒🛏️🪣🧼🌡️

If Nan goes through Episode #6 and #7 (with the Beatlemania wig) doing better in his relationship than Name is doing with Em. . .I'm going to be angry. 😬

I'm slow at catching on to some of the details added on to this series (that we didn't know in UWMA). 😵‍💫

I'm just now realizing that Win's family owns the resort where the Swim Club spent the night. 😆
The magical trembling scene in the villa. . .his family owns it. . .and the other villas. . .😳

I'm waiting for the next few episodes to see if this was a factoid thrown into just the novel, or the series, too. 😁

Someone's phone ringtone is going to be this same piano. . .I'm going to hear it in a grocery store. . .and I'm going to end up leaving my cart in the aisle and running from the building.

It was so cool watching Dean in the last series go from this cold & detached character in Episode #1, into someone who smiles and opens up more by #5. 😑🤗

We'll have to watch him come out of his shell all over again. 😆

At least, with the new series, we are right now already at where we were at in the middle of Episode #3 in UWMA. 😁

I'm curious to see if Team's inexperience has anything to do with the serious childhood issues he had (that Win has to help Team deal with as the series moves along)? 🤔

I didn't read any part of 'Hemp Rope', so I'll have to wait and see what they are, too. 😬

Santa has had a busy year around the studio. 🥵
I didn't even realize he had a role in this series until I saw him and Oreo together (without bruises and welts this time). 🤕😷

I hope Sammy didn't have to lose any casting because she was either 15 lbs. lighter or heavier. . .she's great in any wave, shape or form and she adds a lot to the scenes she's in. 😁
Now she finally gets to pick up where she left off in the Manow-Preuk match-up. 💕

That sounds really interesting. 🤔
It would be the best way to do a rewatch of UWMA. . .even if it gives us about 21 or 22 hours of material. 😁

I spliced all of 'Gen Y' and 'Gen Y 2' together a while back, but then I realized I had 19 hours of stuff, and I would need to break my ankle and be in a cast to justify the time it would take to binge watch it again. 😬😆

This one would work out great, though, because of the continuity I've seen so far and the attention to detail. 🥰
The old Episode #3 scene (with Win giving Team a ride home from the locker room) would have a lot more clarity when it's spliced with what they did at the beach the night before in last night's #1. 😆

I actually wasn't expecting this to be as lavish as it was right from the first episode. 😁

When I mean lavish, I mean attention to detail, bringing us back to familiar territory, getting us back to the same set of feels that we had early in UWMA, and for making it seem like we never got separated from the last show. 🥰

I know I'll not ever see the beach scene with the Swim Club in UWMA the same way ever again. 😳
Last time, the most exciting thing about that part of the show was the Look Choup that Dean had on the bus. . .⭐⭐⭐⭐

Now I know. . .in the last Episode #3, why Win was so willing to leave the locker room with Team after they got back to the university. 😚❤️😚

I'm wondering. . .a few episodes too early in this series, if we're going to see these two under the Christmas lights again like we did last time? ✨🎄✨

Seeing everybody again was worth the wait that it took to put the finishing touches on this first episode. ❤️😁❤️

I loved it, partly because I am so partial to how I felt watching UWMA.
'Nuff Said. 🤨
I also loved it because of the way they carefully interweaved the two shows together to keep us on track without retelling the entire first story. 🥰

The chemistry was great too. . .they wasted absolutely no time getting us to that. 🥵🥵

I thought it all worked out great, for the story, the acting and the locations.
Having the OST left from UWMA was guaranteed to reel me in the rest of the way, anyway.

This is also the most fun I've had seeing a swimming pool since the last time Pete & Kao were in a series. 🏊🏽‍♂️🌊🌊🏊🏽‍♂️🌊🌊🏊🏽‍♂️
. . .and seeing Fluke in an entire episode of something without an apple. . . 🍎🍎🍎

I almost didn't catch Santa in his scenes. . .then I had to laugh that they got him and Oreo together in a room without them beating each other up. 💥😟💥😟💥

I've been wrong before. . .but did any of you think that Sammy is a little bit thinner in this one than she was in UWMA? 🙋🏽‍♀️

It's already a given that I'm back here every Sunday until January.
I waited something like 124 weeks for this story to come back, so 12 weeks now is an easy investment. ❤️🥰

I had fun watching #5, even though it looks like college life is putting a strain on everyone, including Lucky. 🦊

Still with the wigs yet, too. . .🙄
Five episodes in and it's still Beatlemania.

Nan seems to have gotten his act together in this one, though, between the good grades and a relationship.
All he needs now is a stylist. ✂️🪑🪞

Champ is an emotional wreck and Grandfather is coughing. 😑
Not a good sign for Episodes #7 or #8 after this next one. ☠️

I just want Grandfather to outlive Lucky by a few years. . .but they aren't going to let that happen in this universe, are they? 🙄

I'm siding with Name on the other dilemma. 🤨
It takes only 40 seconds to cheer someone up and make them feel valuable, and Em won't kink a half hour of cheerleading practice to go online and do it. 💻
Maybe he'll do better in #6. . .I hope so. . .those sad eyes of Name's are brutal. 🥺

I liked when Golf said, "Let's work on the assignments up in your room this time."
**insert Gun (aka Korn) wide-eyed, in a panic, and all of the gears turning at 600rpm** 😳

Judging by the non-verbal cues alone, I'm starting to lean towards the idea that Golf is completely on to Gun's game of hide and seek and is just waiting for Number 8 to come out of hiding. 😏
Since I've been wrong before, I'll have to let the screenplay writer twist me around a little bit longer.

I'm doubling my bets for Episode #6 to see how much gets resolved, including wheelchairs, overdue chat time, and more pickled fish. 🙆🏽‍♂️
