anyone know why they're releasing the same drama with different actor and script in the same year?
Well.. It happens a lot with mini dramas and vertical dramas. You can even have the same script but with different casts, and just bits of difference in the storyline.
This is the vertical drama version of prisoner of beauty, and apparently it was made according to the original novel, which also made them ban it the same night it came out in China...π
Loved this π― Tbh, from the script to the production, this nailed it π― Now this ml is one of my faves, many of his dramas that I've seen r heartwarming and a very niceeee watch. So wanna see him. On mainstream π
My first drama of her was Nancheng Banquet. Her fighting scenes were amazing π I've liked her acting ever since. The Royal Bethrothal even made me like her more.. She deserves to b more famous π π
Now I can proudly say I've finished a CZY drama π I lovedddd that it's not a romance themed drama, and it didn't have people doing anything for the sake of love ππ
It's literally a drama u can watch with your family in peace and bond over...without fear of any steamy scenes, inappropriate scenes. Wish I could give the actors flowers π they did well tbh.. M proud of them π
Did I cry? Almost, did I love it π―, did I want to beat some people in d drama, ofc π

First of all, I gotta say, how dare C-netizens give it 5/10 on douban.. It's a 1000/10 π©
It takes me back to the good o'days of cdrama nd kdrama historical drama vibe with goooood plot, and not just focus on face card.. π
