my guess is that Somchai invited them because well...he's Somchai. At that time, they were searching for Pun so it could be that they went because Somchai reached out and told them he knew Pun's whereabouts (but of course they didn't know it was from Somchai)

Based on my research, a "dog café" is a place where people pay to spend time with dogs for purposes of relaxation and entertainment. In this regard, there needs to be more than one dog in the "café".
