so the story told would be a kind of parallel story to show us her rise and her love story ?
anyway i think it's the same era, we have cars, cell phones, camera etc, maybe the old Yu Fei was married, but we are not told, but we shown us the name of Baifeili

I have mixed feelings about this drama, when I read the spoilers and summary on the novel, even though I know it's an adaptatin, I expected to see the powerful FL in status and badass, or since it married the ML, I have the impression that everyone is walking on her, even the mean girl who wants to become her husband's concubine, the ML's father himself. I expected something else and not to see the FL be afraid that her husband is cheating on her or wants a concubine
So any spoilers please for the rest of the drama based on the novel? anyone read the novel? they divorced?? any conflit?

The misunderstanding in episode 14 is pretty ridiculous, but by preview of the next episodes it looks good,
So in episode 18 everyone will be aware of the marriage contract, during the launch of the FL products, it shows that it is the SFL who did that, I hope the ML will take some measures against her
I hope no divorce, but i read here that ML's mom coming soon for cause problems

no reincarnation, but I think they will try to stay true to the book, there is a lot going on there including the change in the personality of the Female Lead

I don't know what to think, the rebirth part seems to have changed (censorship obliges) and in the FL trailer is like all the lead female in this kind of drama, quite dumb, or in the book of which I read spoilers and summaries , she is badass and very intelligent.
So I imagine that at the beginning of the drama, she is quite ignorant although intelligent, she has fun, she is not yet interested in politics but as the episodes go by, it will become more serious, with enemies and betrayals, she will start to change for the better
predictions : she will go to jail, practically all the characters she played in historical dramas go to jail lol
