I think after the break up in ep 11 there is the break up and arguments between the mother and daughter, because in trailer the mom asked to FL to come in a place with a lot of people, in front the boyfriend, i think the mom wanted to FL to forgive him and get married but they will have a hard argument with a slap, and FL will quit the home, so i think this scene is after ep 11, seems the future ex boyfriend will still be around until much later
