There are so many LOL moments from ep27! ❤️❤️❤️ I kept smiling at CXZ antics to win LMT back - he is super adorable and clever to use situation to his political advantage yet respect LMT boundaries! The misled Lord Beizhou is so entertaining too! When CXZ sat at the roof shooting arrows to protect LMT - i t was cupid's arrow to my heart till he roll down the roof. 🤭

I know right! I have not read the novel but noticed the incongruence in her portrayal - her comments is now spiteful & small minded. I liked how CXZ was portrayed: his subtle shift from suspicious caution to love and trust & yet still maintain his calmness. Eg. In the beginning, his immediate reflex when amnesiac LMT tightening his robe around his neck to holding her closer despite seeing the hair stick in her hand while viewing the sky lanterns.
The bittersweet ending is heartbreaking.. did the novel have the darn last scene where ML was standing with the dead holding sparklers?
