It was a cute story. Though were some cliché things and the acting wasn't exactly perfect, the actors grew into their roles and sold characters quite well. It was quite nice.

I fell in love with his voice when I heard the OST 'Love like coloured glass' from Love and Redemption. Like you I couldn't believe he was the actual singer when I'd googled his name. It's only now when I'm reading your article that I finally believe it ^^ Wow, he has a voice of angel.

That last scene between Woo Young's father and Tae Sumi really well performed by both actors. My heart went out…
Last scene of episode 10

That last scene between Woo Young's father and Tae Sumi really well performed by both actors. My heart went out to Woo Young's father. It's going to be interesting to see what he'll eventually choose when it comes to Tae Sumi's offer.
Normally, the character would refuse at first but then try to coax the actual person involved because it's 'the best choice for them'. However with Junho now involved, I wonder if the writer will take this cliché route or if she will continue surprising us like she has done so far.

I'm not sure whether or not Min Woo will become nicer or even worse than what he already was towards WYW after…
Min Woo has already crossed a line. With his personality, I believe he'll get even worse and he'll definitely be the cause for problems. I just hope they won't be cliché and try to redeem his character at the end, by him asking for forgiveness and him receiving it.

On Why Women Love Jul 22, 2022
I remember liking Wang Ziyi in Idol Producer. I was happily surprised to see him in this drama. This role really fits him. He also sang the intro song with the female lead, which is really good! Pleasantly surprised by this drama. It was an easy watch.

CSS's mother pisses me off. That woman desperately needs to get over her anger-management issues. No matter how much you 'love' your daughter. If you show her nothing but spite, it will damage her more than countless of taunts other people give her. It's been a while since I've felt so mad at a mother's character. The last one was Ling Xiao's psycho mother in 'Go Ahead' but CSS's mother is a close second.

The irony of the scene is that everything she stated about her daughter is absolutely the truth about her own…
Exactly. This woman doesn't even know or tries to get to know her daughter at all.

I'm sure she will regret her actions later
CSS's mother desperately needs to get over her anger-management issues. Writers are good at pulling the 'I am wounded' card to make the 'young' ones forgive their elders. Still, I don't think a scene like that, will make up for all the pain Shaoshang has had to suffer. No matter how many taunts CSS has heard from others, it hurts the most when it comes from the ones you love. Her own mother has shown her nothing but spite. I'm looking forward to seeing LBY and CSS help each other heal. Though that make take a while.

Does these drama have any sad parts? I want to start watching historical C-dramas, but only the ones that aren’t…
I haven't seen this drama myself but one I have seen and would recommend 'The Romance of Tiger and Rose'. It's was one of my first historical c-dramas and since then I fell in love with them.
