I'm suspecting it was related to Mirae being hospitalized.
Also, noticed what she said in the library scene how she can't go. I think she's still blaming herself or at least feeling guilty about something related to the hospitalization of Mirae.

It's really amazing. Her transformation was natural. Fits well with the plot of E02.

Yep. At first, I thought it was the lighting or makeup, but when I played all those " Day 1, 2, 3, โ€ฆ", it was natural. (Unless they used digital editing of course.)

The scenes were she had a thin V-shaped face were probably later in the filming schedule. ๐Ÿ˜… After all the stress and consuming carbs from all the filming days. Which is safer too, instead of forcing it or going into fasting (while filming).

They really planned out the scenes.

Of course, we're not sure that's exactly how they planned it, but I think directors won't ask their actors to forcefully go on a diet during filming just to shot a few scenes where the character looks stressed and thinner than usual. I mean, it's one thing to be slim and totally another to be thin because of stress.

Then after more days passed both of them got used to their new routine and went back their cute rounded faces. It's like depicting how they adjusted and better able to handle things, so the character started to get better.

In E02, it was obvious there were filming gaps between a lot of the scenes they used for Day 1,2, 3 and so on. In some Days, Miji pretending to be Mirae had a thin, V-shape face but Mirae pretending as Miji still had a cute chubby rounded face.

Then they'll reverse. And sometimes both of them are V-shaped.

It sure is a sign they spent a lot of time and effort to perfect the E02. I mean, Miji as Mirae would definitely start to get thinner as she faces the very toxic office of Mirae. Imagine the stress. Even a strong, jolly person like Miji will start showing signs of stress.

They didn't just filmed, "okay, that's good enough!" They had to film some of those "Day 1, 2, 3, โ€ฆ" scenes much later to give it a more realistic flow.

Sure, they can ask Boyeong to not eat to get a thinner V-shape face fast, but I doubt they'll ask that of someone, especially since most scenes were her usual bubbly cute rounded face self. That's going to mess up her body if they did that.

Now, that's high quality production.

Re: Mirae, yeah, E02 seems to hint that Hosu likes Miji more. I mean, why would he spent time to "comfort" her by just being with her in the library when he got perfect scores? Why was he pretending?

And he doesn't appear to be someone who will use Miji because he can't visit Mirae. That would be really evil, lol.

All these theories are really on point until I saw the poster puzzles. The puzzles are filled with pictures of…
Haha. Yep, same. The Hyde and Jekyll concept is overused already in Kdrama land, they need to think of something else.

I really hope it's a Sherlock-Moriarty type. They always write Sherlock type of stories but no Moriarty, it was always just a genius villain. I want to see a Korean Moriarty, obsessed with his equal and opposite. Trying to prove he is better but won't defeat the Sherlock-type because he knows his existence will be meaningless. ๐Ÿ˜

I think the Americans did something like that, was it "Broken Glass"? It was a movie. There's an equal and opposite of a hero and a villain to keep the balance. If one doesn't exist, the other withers.

I'm about to start watching this series but after reading the other responses it seems similar to a "Grey's Anatomy"…
Yes! Grey's Anatomy! Good thinking!

Whoever was Boyoung's double, you also deserve praise. Your name won't be listed in English databases but I sure hope your name is listed in Korean credits. Job well done for you.

Basicallyโ€ฆ
1. Mirae falls in love with Mr. Organic Farming ๐Ÿ˜‚
2. Miji falls in love with Mirae's ex
3. Ex-bf finds out and was angry and confused about his feelings
4. Mr. Organic Farming discovers it because when the sisters switched back, he started noticing differences and felt cheated and lied to
5. Cracks are seen in the identical twins because of their romances (Mirae is confused who she loves more; Miji only loves Mirae's ex because she never met Mr. Organic Farming before she fell in love.)

Hmmโ€ฆ Koreans has a fascination with DID and Hyde and Jekyll. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค” I haven't seen them produce a Sherlock-Moriarty type (usually just Sherlock type detectives/geniuses). Could this really be a Hyde and Jekyll type?

Yeah, I didn't notice they placed the clues right there. It's very interesting. Half-truths? Misdirection? Or, the entire answer?

The writer sure knows how to play with the audience. ๐Ÿ˜

As far as the poster goes, could it be the Moriarty type is the ML? Was it why he kept suspecting her as the suspect because it's part of his plan?

Or, the FL has another personality? Instead of a Sherlock-Moriarty, it's Hyde and Jekyll type?

nope, the user below deducts the theory, do read the comment
Yep, the writer probably expected it and created a misdirection for the audience. A very good point!
