This sounds so fucked up, and I don't mind a batshit crazy drama, only if it's a feel good crazy, or cute crazy, but if this was annoying or aggravating crazy then nope! I think this one is the latter π€
That wasn't what I expected π I mean that in a good way, the story sounded slightly weird but it wasn't creepy weird *cough*Homeroom*cough* ... It was just stupid weird π€£ or just unpredictable with anime vibes.
It actually was so lovely and pure, But Haiba is batshit crazy, like seriously he is certifiably nuts, I loved him so much and I felt sorry for him too, but this guy need a life, I just wanted him to marry someone and have like a dozen of children or something, I'm glad this wasn't too heavy considering it's about suicide! Instead this was very healing, also I have to admit that I giggled a lot while watching specially the 8th EP xD it was amazing π I don't know why it wasn't more popular, maybe because the cast is relatively new and young but this deserve to be more acknowledged, highly recommended β€οΈ
My goodness, as much as I'm excited for this I cringed when I watched the trailer, somehow I remembered how bad CP was π€£π I'm not hating on this or anything, I'm surely gonna watch it, but I also know that I'm definitely gonna regret that later π I really hope the leads would improve their acting skills in this one.
is this a remake of another drama or something!? Because I swear I read this synopsis before, but I don't know if this is supposed to be BL or taken from a straight drama, I feel really confused, but I'm almost sure that I knew this story from somewhere π
I didn't really like it as much as I thought I would, characters were so annoying, good or bad, and everything was predictable. I expected more TBH since this has a lot of good reviews and I like Thai thriller mystery dramas but this was too slow and boring unfortunately ~
All 6 eps will amount to an hour and half, so why not just release an hour and half movie? The producers assumed…
Can't agree more, and you know, I'm saying this with utmost respect to everyone involved in this, but they have no known names in the cast, direction isn't great, budget is very low, and story is not original, everything is mediocre. So if it was really like you said they are doing that to gain more views they are really shooting themselves in the foot, because people will definitely lost interest as it has no impact whatsoever, at least if it was one movie it'll give people time to judge it whole and -maybe- give positive response. I'm sorry to say that I've already forgotten that I was watching this till you commented, and that was 3 days ago not even a week old.
So I heard there is movie coming, does anyone know if it's the movie version of the series or if it is a sequel!? I hope it's the latter because they need to change this terrible end.
I don't know what went wrong with this but this was terrible and I'm glad it was only 6 EPs. First, FL is great but she went through a lot for no reason, ML was very childish and they don't suit each other at all, I usually don't mind age difference between couples in dramas if they are compatible but here it's totally not the case, besides I don't know why he loves her or why she loves him!? No sensible reason whatsoever!!! It is implied somehow between the lines that it's been a while after she agreed to be with him but still the timeline for their relationship was messed up, she just got out of nasty divorce. And I won't even start with her husband!! Her mother on the other hand is by far the worst character in the drama, she is terrible!! You blame your daughter for the divorce, and keep telling her she'll end up alone and die alone and keep pushing her into depression. She was only present for 3 scenes but managed to make me hate her almost immediately.~~ SML is just an A-hole, he just fucked up two people's life and then move on act like nothing lol π ~~ All the harassment she faces because of being divorced is too much but It's also a cultural thing so I won't talk about it, but I don't think that end is her best option, your marriage ended because of infidelity, being with a very young man who isn't experienced in dating and didn't have many lovers before is kinda weird to me. He has to be extremely good and not caught up in a moment for this to work. ~~
It was lovely, I thought the older brother was so creepy I don't know if he was imitating the manga character but the necklace pull was too cringe xD some meals look unrealistic and for a food drama it wasn't so tempting but I like the idea, romance was nonexistent and I wish they add more scenes between the two leads because I saw a glimpse of chemistry there π i don't think they had one but maybe in another story where the romance is more dominant they'd fit eachother. It's not really a great drama, nor a bad one, just nice if you like the cast you're going to enjoy it ~
What shocked me more was that he cooked the meat with some green vegetable (leek?) then POURED THE BROTH AWAY…
Um about throwing the broth away, it is an Asian cooking technique and I've seen it many times in dramas or in some food recipes, you first soak meat in cold water, and then boil it for a few minutes. Then you throw that water. You can boil it again with spices to make broth, it's done mostly with red meat to throw the first impurities and make sure the meat is clean for cooking, you can see that he cleaned and dried the meat with paper towels before cooking it.
Same. Thai bls are very tricky, especially with well known, already seen cast. I was very excited about Moonlight…
I feel you, specially after 1000 stars, MC was a huge let down. The thing is, you never know, it could be a good series and they'd mess up the end, or it could be terrible all the way, and it could be great and the best of the year, who knows ~
To this day I still don't understand why would anyone make a 13mins/5eps drama instead of making one movie, the wait is annoying and if you watch weekly you'll definitely feel bored no matter how interesting you find it. Also two stories are too many for the EP duration, can focus on neither.
Oh god! I'm soooo excited and I hope it'll be good as I imagined or I'll very disappointed because Thai BL are very tricky! But one thing I'm sure of is that cast can act π
Probably one of my favourite jdramas about affairs, it presents two stories of infidelity with two in a very captivating way. But I can't help but notice that Japanese in general "criminalise" divorce, I always end marriage affairs dramas with a message is try to save your marriage no matter what, and forgive your cheating husband/wife and move on. While I don't necessarily say all affairs should end with divorce, but I think you can't save a sinking ship, and affairs IMO is a big freaking hole in that ship, marriage is a sacred bond but if someone was selfish enough to severe this bond, then come after it's too late to try and fix it then nope. Too late, mate!! You fucked up my ship, you jump out and drown! The audacity of Takuya at the last EP. Oh my god!!! You little piece of shit!! Seriously!? If it had ended any other way I'd be furious! He reminded me of Yoichi from "even if you don't do it" I loved Maiko and her imagination, I find her too agreeable for her own good and a bit peculiar.
I hate myself for watching this after the 4th EP, because everything was good and perfect, there was no reason to go on with the story and I had no idea what the rest of it would be about and we are talking 8 EP here!! That's a lot of time and many things have to happen to fill that! But my problem wasn't that.
The plot was a surprise to me, kinda like "Voice in the rain" which I loved but with a soulmate twist, I have to say a good surprise because the story had potential. I had some problems with the characters and I don't understand the hate towards Lomfon tbh xD I think he is the only sane person who acted normally here, he was in love with someone, then he found out he was taken because of the soulmate thing, but then he saw a chance there and took it to get his love but didn't realise he had a change of heart so he fixed what he broke But the two leads... My god!!!! Tai was like "no soulmate, don't believe in love, not gonna reply to him for two freaking years! Oh wait!! He's a Cute guy, now I'm in love, he is my soulmate, he's mine" simply put, the most selfish bitch I have ever seen. Phat was oh i breakup with my gf, sad sad , 10 mins later oh soulmate replied, I love him now, my ex go fuck yourself I'm not going back to you we broke up ages ago ... About two days or so .... that's a lot I've already forgotten you. And the ex girlfriend, we breakup now, huh! Alright, screw you all makes in the world, I'll go lesbian! π *Facepalm* bloody hell π€¦ Thian was slightly normal but the way he blamed Lomfon for not loving him back was kinda stupid but we all are delusional in love so π€· I should have stopped at ep4 like I said when all was well.
I think this one is the latter π€
