I really don't like these concept of competition in cdrama land. Few months ago two of the popular cdrama audience here were fighting & downvoting each other to prove which drama was better & also it's one of the reason why other actors fans curse xz is bcuz they imagine these competition. TLP is doing great & breaking record despite zero promotion & as long as it do better & satisfy audiences that's enough. Even if TLP does become most of audience favourite drama, we'll stay humble as xz & respect all drama as drama preferences are different for everyone. But I really think TLP has potential to steal many hearts. BTW I like the fact even if xz drama's usually tops in chart bt fans don't do over the top bragging about it.

I hope he do both movie & drama. Accepting two project every year, he can pick each of these. Fans can enjoy all type. XZ looks like someone who like to try new things given he picks different genre drama every time. He'll give importance on projects which have good plot & he can show his acting power so won't matter if the project is drama or movie. He isn't like the type to stick to movie industry if the projects are medicore. I hope he get good projects for both drama & movie to draw his interest.

Not bad acting as good actors can act in idol drama as it depend on plot. Idol drama have really simple plot. Completely focusing on love of main leads no other story or depth in the drama. Especially modern & sometimes costume childish cringe romance drama that attract tenagers more & mostly highlight male lead look to hype the drama. Also idol dramas have no complicated story so no need for more facial expression or deep acting thus really easy for new actors or idol to act in it.

Yes, Happy ending, their first encounter is bad & slowly change perspective over each other & share their trouble, fl hepl ml to overcome some trauma with her bubbly personality & they were really sweet together, their are some realistic sad moments with fl & her dad which is heart wrenching overall a sweet, down to earth drama. Chemistry is really good as they seem natural. There are overall 41 kiss scenes, as fans counted them 😅. Though some of them just peck on the lips bt it's shown very naturally that u'll be drawn to their sweetness & feel like a real couple.

Kdrama don't have crazy anti downvoting 1. I always see for popular chinese celebs drama there is fight between fans & anti, XZ has it worse. Really kdrama rating reflect more about audience choice as there's no outside influence.

I think renmin is good & her acting is promising. Most of these people really don't understand the novel & in drama showed ZY as a girl not pretty bt outspoken & feisty, kind personality which attract shi ying to her not face card. So she's perfect for the role & adorable & I'm seeing her acting winning some new people over now. In future if her character evaluation is good thn she'll be more liked. Also some cdrama audience really like beauty too much 🙁. I always wondered why some popular china celebs completely trash at acting to the point even their fans in mdl asks if their acting skill here is passable in drama bt they could still retain popularity & wonder why after years passed they still hasn't tried to improve their acting skill, now know only with their face they can be popular to earn money so why work hard. Really for dramas acting is the most important otherwise the drama is ruined. As long as renmin good in this, i'll be satisfied.

Antis are rating it 1 so the rating dropped & most people watching here are not rating now as they'll rate after drama finishes. U can read comments, they are mostly positive showing the drama's potential.

It's just speculation from fans bcz xz's doing more serious role now. Since he picked LOCH movie which is costume & wuxia so I think xz can pick costume drama in future too bt the plot have to be very good to catch his interest, don't think he'll pick too idol type drama.

It could be bug or other things, also haters 1 rating is bad anyway. Bt can we plz stop talking or care about rating or these, it's not in our hand. focus on drama & if u like the drama give word of mouth promotion to ur family, friends. Mdl is a very small site here some of the most popular cdrama watchers counting in drama don't even reach 30 thousands. I have seen 3-4 times watchers in viki for some xz drama than in mdl site watcher of that drama. People watch from different sites, wetv, viki coming to netflix so many new watchers will be on that site. Main thing isn't rating or this site bt increasing audiences through different sites & places to increase a solid audience. Wait for the drama finish many r not rating if the plot stays good the watchers & ratings'll increase. At least many are enjoying & watchers are increasing even without tencent's promotion. I think many don't even know it aired still. Personal opinion i like more reading about drama discussions thn these things. If u think the drama is good just promote well.

They'll deal with the plotters later. The story just started, they won't touch villains in the first episodes. Bt here they are talking about how large number of watcher & discussion r not getting it in top airing shows not about plot. Like a drama with same rating, less watcher & discusion was in the top airing shows so it's a little weird.

I really don't understand u, the original commenter Drangon5 seemed like someone who watched IS & liked it & yan dan & also liking TLP & ZY so just innocently said she think the characters are alike which is very common thing to do as i have seen in many mdl dramas when people like a drama they also say i liked that previous drama & these characters are alike etc. Passerby watchers won't analyze every simple think commenting. She's praising IS & even Yan dan as she likes them. Even if u don't like FL here u can nicely say i think different not alike bt used rude remark like r u blind & even arguing & personally attacking ren min. I don't understand ur mindset. Anyway guys don't talk to her & plz passerbys don't even mention or praise any other drama, character or actresses here even if u like their previous dramas as some fans can even unnecessarily pick fault over praises. I loved it too.It was a drama with depth & great acting. Even supporting casts acted like veterans. That drama made me reflect on my friendship & friends from past.
