I think there could be consideration from both sides regarding the cafe space.
-Ji Hyeok while he has every right to be there, could have handled it better. It almost seemed like he was trying to provoke her. Given that he does/did care for her as a friend, he has to know that it would be upsetting. Just talking to her in a different manner would have worked better, maybe.
- Eun O has to learn to co-exist with Ji Hyeok. They have mutual friends and colleagues, so she will still see him all the time. He does have a right to be there if the owner gave him permission, so she can't have an attitude about it. If she can't or won't handle being in the same space with him (until he gets his own place), then she should quit...which she did. But don't use quitting as a threat.
Right now, there needs to be a lot of character growth for both of them before I see any chance of them being together. I just can't see it yet. There may be something dramatic that happens that will make them grow closer...
I'm frustrated with everybody!🤣
The stepmother is very scary. I don't know what her deal is... 1. Ironing her husband's underwear...🤣 2. How controlling she is with her daughter...it's frightening.
Seong Jae's dad- completely oblivious to what is going on around him and stepmom wants it that way.
Seong Jae - I still don't think he is a villian...but I do think he's decided that nothing is going to get in the way of what he wants. How far he takes it, we'll see.
Ji Hyeok's mom-I do feel sorry for her. Ji Hyeok's dad - I don't feel sorry for him. Ji Wan? - I like him more and more. I wasn't crazy about him at first. But I think he's growing up and I like him with Seong Jae's half sister. Ji Hyeok's sister - I don't like her at all.
At first, I thought it was straightforward birth secret scenario...but now I'm not sure. Something is bothering…
I agree...and she doesn't act like she's interacting with her as her "mother". She acts like she needs Eun O to like her or she needs Eun O to be on her side down the road. It will be interesting to see how this story unfolds.
Updating to add: After seeing ep 7, I may be wrong with my above starement...the stepmom was definitely acting maternal toward Eun O.
That's weird but i find SJ and the ML sister "entertaining" haha .. are they like gonna pair up later…
I think sibling vibes from him, her I'm not sure. I don't really like her, so I'm not sure what she's up to. You would think that if she wanted him, she would have gone after him already.
in the first couple of episodes I commented that my makjang programmed brain thinks that FL and SML's mother are…
At first, I thought it was straightforward birth secret scenario...but now I'm not sure. Something is bothering me about it. If stepmom is a loving mother reunited with daughter (I found my lost child!!!!sob!!!), then why does she act so weird with her other daughter? To the point where we think that she is the one behind the stalker.
I'm almost thinking it's birth secret PLUS something else, or no birth secret at all...just the something else.
So...what is the something else? TBH, I don't see her as a loving mother at all. Schemer, yes. Manipulative, yes. But I don't have a clue why she's after Eun O. I haven't watched yesterday's episode yet, so I may be missing something.
Did we hear in past episodes (and I missed it) why Seon Jae had to stop being a judge? I'm sure something nefarious like corruption, etc., I just wondered about the specifics.
Chairman contacted a lawyer, (not Mingang legal team), to ask him to notarize the Share Waiver Form submitted…
@Nexe...I think, at least in the states, the notary only attests that the person signing the document is who they say they are.
Now that poses a dilema in itself since Lucia is not who she says she is...but she can't admit to that yet.
I wondered the same thing...why are Stella and Lucia so easily agreeing to give up those shares, they need them, right? Unless they were left with no choice...no waiver, no marriage.
I thought my ears were out of order. 😅😅😅😅Her lovey dovey words were soooo cringey that I had to hold…
Either or both.
Interesting because Gyeong Chae earlier said that she would not let her father be with anyone. Is Manager Gong the exception to the rule? Or is Gyeong Chae not aware that the manager loves the chairman?(doubtful).

Just my own opinion, I don't like her, so I don't want them together!
I felt bad for Tae Gyeong...I don't know if I want him to go to the dark side or stay righteous.

Yes, I would think that the identity issue would pose a problem for Lucia.

Can't wait till Lucia and the chairman get married. Things will really start getting dicey then.
Just think, we have more than 60? episodes remaining. Lots of high drama left to watch... it feels like we should be around 20 episodes left.
We may all be revenge experts by the end (at least we will know what not to do).
