Right, I know she isn't owed any other explanation. I just don't think "we don't suit" or "you are not my type" is the real reason. Like I commented originally, if she's not his type now, then she would never be his type...so they would not get together at all in this drama. If that is the case where does the romance part of this drama apply? Seong Jae and Eun O? I'm down with that. 😆

Don't forget the riddle like conversation between Ji Hyeok and Seong Jae about who couldn't get involved with Eun O and who shouldn't get involved with her.

EDITED TO ADD...So Ji Hyeok takes himself out of the running because Seong Jae likes her, but then tells Seong Jae he (Seong Jae) can't be with her?

I really truly believe that is not the real reason. If that is the real reason, then they will/should never be together.

Maybe that is what the writers are planning?

At this point (haven't watched 6 yet)...I think I'm rooting for Seong Jae and Eun O.🤣

Originally, I thought it would be Ji Hyeok and Eun O since they are the mains, but then she annoyed me with her adoration of Ji Hyeok and her refusal to accept his rejection (which by the way, I'm still very curious as to the real reason why he rejected her). Also annoyed with Ji Heyok's sort of high-handed behavior with Seong Jae concerning who can and can't or who shouldn't date Eun O.

So I though, ok, why not Eun O and Seong Jae...I personally like his character and I think
he is stronger than he appears and he certainly cares about her. Break the mold and have the Fl and 2ML get together...and not just temporarily.

I also sort of admired Eun O for her outburst at Ji Hyeok...even though she still maybe wasn't happy with his rejection or accepting it. It's been replaced by anger because her
image of him is broken. She now thinks he is not on the righteous path she thought he was
on. She feels betrayed. I was like...go girl...tell him off!

Regardlless of what the real rejection reason is, it's logical to me that she would think the
real reason for rejection was her background/social status. 1 point in favor of Seong Jae.

But after the wedding fiasco, I'm afraid she will go right back to the previous situation with Ji Hyeok. I'm hoping she doesn't. I say stay alone for now and focus on your career, get that stepmother job completed and make money and gain confidence. The maybe start dating Seong Jae (unless or until there is a birth secret reveal).

If the writers want JiHyeok and Eun O to be together, the make him work hard to get her.

I didn't even give that a thought. Are you thinking it's possible that Eun O said something that caused Bo Ah to decide to go back to her ex?

I did wonder why Bo Ah waited till minutes before the ceremony to bail. Then I figured that she was banking on all the confusion to give her time to get away...still thinking it was a spontaneous action.

My next thought🤪 was this was her plan all along. If so, it was a pretty trashy thing to do to Ji Hyeok.

If we are rooting for Lucia and Stella to get their revenge, don't we want to see them succeed because they had a finely executed plan and outsmarted the Mins, not just lucked out and succeeded...or even worse, the plan succeeds even when it's not plausible because they are the protagonists in a drama.

I wanted to see an intricate, complex revenge plan, with every contingency planned for and nothing left too chance! But, I realize that getting that means we lose all the tension and suspense...

I'm still shaking my head every episode about how unprepared Stella and Lucia act. This time it was Stella's turn to act all frightened when bullied by Seon Jae. Did these people do their homework? Wait, I know the answer...it's a big fat NO (uppercase for emphasis, not yelling.😁).
How in the world did they think this revenge plan would work if they aren't aware of all the players, their roles, their strengths and weaknesses, etc. I know, I'm singing the same song that everyone has already sung. It's just so frustrating.
What a great premise, but poorly executed and a complete failure outside of kdrama land.
It should come with a warning label: "Do not attempt this at home. May result in total and utter humilation and even loss of life due to foolishness."

I think he is talking about Lucia, but obviously he already knows her "Lucia" identity is fake. I think he's trying to bluff Stella...1)He may be thinking that Stella may not know that HE already knows who Lucia really is or 2) He wants Stella to think he has a way to prove that Lucia's identity is fake.
He's hoping that Stella will panic and that will give him leverage.

But she and Stella do care about their revenge plan...if something happens that prevents the chairman from getting the punishment that they hoped for, even if he gets some other punishment, they might not be happy.

I agree! The problem with putting SJ in his place is, I think, the possibility of reacting too quickly and going all in. If that doesn't work then he's even more dangerous and probably can't be stopped. They have the ledger that should keep him in check, but they might not be able to use that yet (other than as a threat) because that will implicate the chairman as well. That could possibly interfere with the overall revenge plan.
Weasel that he is, he certainly knows how to protect himself.

I don't think Eun Oh had gotten quite to the stalkerish point, since they are/were friends, but she was close!

It always felt weird to me that she did that. I wouldn't want to be watched either.
But, it was rude on Lucia's part. She maybe could have been nicer, but she might not have gotten the result she was looking for, which was for Chairman Min to "dismiss" Manager Gong.

Behind Gyeong Chae, I have Manager Gong tied for second (with Seon Jae) for the "danger, danger Will Robinson!" award.😃

You might be right...if he gets way too greedy with what he wants, she might think he's not worth dealing with and take care of him. I don't think it will happen right away.

I agree with everything you said, except I do sort of wish for Eun O(h) and Seong Jae to get together and leave Ji Hyeok to live the blissful, single life he seems to desire and grow old...alone. That sounds harsh, but if that is what he wants so badly, then let him have it.
He may think he's getting autonomy and financial freedom from this marriage, but I think he's in for a rude awakening. (I do still wonder what his conditions are...my guess is that they play the loving couple in front if his family for one. Not sure about the rest).

I know the above won't happen, but right now, I'm mad at just about every character except Seong Jae...no wait...I'm a little mad at him as well...😁...but anyway, I'm mad enough that
I want that apple cart turned completely over and everything all
jumbled up from the usual kdrama

I agree. It was really annoying in yesterday's ep. Her voice was annoying to me also.
