Finally, Lucia fights back against Seon Jae. I enjoyed that scene, but the joy was short-lived as Seon Jae returned and was just as evil, if not more with his outright threats against Lucia.
Like Tae Gyeong, I'm wondering why Jiseop's fil said he would never return the collateral put up by Tae Gyeong's father. Not sure about the legality of not returning collateral if the debt is paid, but I don't know, maybe loan sharks do whatever they want.
Loved the elevator scene with Lucia, the chairman and Gyeong Chae. That caused Gyeong Chae to get all bent out of shape.
I'm also wondering what will happen with Se Ri's shares and other financial stuff. How will Lucia obtain the shares to then return them? (if that is how the story will go)

Gyeong Chae is probably capable of doing anything if she is crossed.
Double maybe a triple whammy for the chairman...he not only forced her to choose work over love, she's also holding him responsible for her mom's death...add to that the likelihood the chairman probably had something to do with the death of the man she loved.
She's going to lose it for sure.
Gyeong Chae might try to harm both the chairman and Lucia.

It looks like a stalemate between the two of them. Lucia can't prove they were a couple (as far as we know) and Seon Jae can't prove Lucia is Seol Hui outside of the missing person poster. (Which would normally be game over for Lucia since it looks exactly like her...but we're in a kdrama so...)

I can't really see us still watching scenes with Seon Jae and Lucia fighting, or Seon Jae scheming to get rid of Lucia and Tae Gyeong for another 20, 30 or more episodes. So will this particular conflict be resolved soon and we move on to another story arc? What do y'all think?

So who knows what he will do going forward. Lucia has played her best hand with him now, she has nothing left to bluff or bargain with...as you stated, she has no proof they were ever a couple.

Yeon Ah does know that the Min family was responsible for Miso's death. So she also knows that Se Ri is a part of that family. I thought she had to know and that is why she's been delivering food and being all friendly...she's got a revenge plan too. I could be wrong though.

I haven't heard of Gracious Revenge. Not sure if I can do 2 revenge shows either.
