You are absolutely correct because I’m one of those people who doesn’t have the enzymes. If I consume even a little bit of alcohol I’m in pain for hours and it starts within a few minutes of consumption.

You know, I religiously watched season 1 each week and was really looking forward to season 2 but ultimately decided to wait until it finished before I decided if I was going to fall victim to the sunk cost fallacy. I guess I'll be back here tomorrow to read comments and ask around about the end to decide if I'm even going to watch it because I know better than to trust the Hong sisters lol.
