I've just finished the first episode and while I usually hate amnesia plots, especially in season 2's, this is like so far the best use of it in a drama I've seen because it's FUNNY lol. They both don't remember each other. so Xiao Qi is back into her alien hooligan antics and it just never gets old. I wonder how long this plot point will last though.

It’s a slice of life romance of high schoolers. I think it’s done very well. While I personally love it, I can see why some would think the first episode is slow.

I can't wait to see how they resolve this plot line.
I'm having my fingers crossed for it to turn out better than we think but you're most probably correct in thinking they're not going to resolve it well, if even at all. It did cross my mind that they might just not...do anything lol. It wouldn't surprise me if they just let it continue to ride and then shove it into the background and pretend it's not an ongoing issue.
