It's been like no time since all of that awful and life altering stuff happened to Keen (and is still actually going on currently), so why not cut him some slack? He's trying to pull himself out of the spiral he's falling down, so regardless of how insensitive his actions are, you can't expect him to behave like someone in a normal state of mind right now.

Lu Xi really accidentally kicked Bing Chen's wife's ashes. No wonder he was so pissed off. It wasn't just the fact that Lan Xin painted the jar.
