You press it in a mooncake press. And like joas said, there are snow skin mooncakes which is a sweet filling wrapped in a dough made of glutinous rice and then pressed with a mooncake press. My favorite filling is lotus seed paste.

I'm going to be really honest here, I am enjoying this a lot lol. Khun Shy's living conditions are awful but if you ignore that, I think everything is going well with the plot. Think of the talking and not seeing part kind of as if you were talking to someone on a dating app or something. It makes sense why Diew would have anxiety about seeing God for the first time. Not to mention as someone who also has pretty significant social anxiety issues, I'm pretty sure Diew is like that too. It's not just about being introverted or not. I'm really looking forward to ep 4. Hoping Khun Shy is ok and that it gets a bigger and better enclosure lol.
